property audits and cash flow distribution for accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Audit preparation and coordinate with auditors<\/li>\n<li>Assist Real Estate Development team with closings of re-syndications and new transactions<\/li>\n<li>Partner Capital account analysis<\/li>\n<li>Extend and\/or refinance public sector and conventional debt<\/li>\n<li>Prepare local subsidy funding applications<\/li>\n<li>Close public sector rehab loans and oversee rehab process<\/li>\n<li>Review Common Area cost allocations and reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review commercial
