  • Underwrite and close tax-exempt bonds and taxable construction loans for multi-family affordable rental and for-sale housing
  • Manage portfolio of construction loans, including non-performing condominium and subdivision transactions
  • Conduct real estate market analysis and other due diligence
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Manage construction budget during construction period
  • Attend monthly draw meetings and approve construction draws
  • Order and review appraisals
  • Review all construction documents including GMP construction contracts
  • Review and approve all change orders
  • Provide technical assistance on FHLB AHP grant applications and monitoring

Low Income Housing Tax Credit Transactions

  • Underwrite and close investments in single and multi-investor funds
  • Portfolio management including troubled asset management and projected to actual investment yield
