• Prepare asset management plans and deal books
  • Analyze performance of properties and recommend changes to property management
  • Determine feasibility for re-syndication or refinance
  • Refinance commercial and residential properties
  • Negotiate and Manage 15-year exit of tax credit investors
  • Order and review Physical Needs Assessments and prepare 20-year reserve analysis/capital plans
  • Prepare capital budgets based on above-mentioned reserve analysis
  • Supervise third-party property management companies
  • Prepare/review property budgets and track budget variances
  • Work with outside vendors to reduce operating costs
  • Reporting to public and private sector lenders and tax credit investors
  • Oversee rehab projects up to $2,000,000
  • Prepare welfare tax exemption claims for CA BOE and Alameda/Contra Costa County
  • Review property audits and cash flow distribution for accuracy
  • Audit preparation and coordinate with auditors
  • Assist Real Estate Development team with closings of re-syndications and new transactions
  • Partner Capital account analysis
  • Extend and/or refinance public sector and conventional debt
  • Prepare local subsidy funding applications
  • Close public sector rehab loans and oversee rehab process
  • Review Common Area cost allocations and reconciliations
  • Prepare and review commercial leases
  • Report to various committees of the Board of Directors
