Judy Graboyes has 25 years of experience in the affordable housing field. She has done asset management, construction and permanent lending (both taxable and tax exempt), Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments, financial management, construction management of rehab projects, and grant management.
She has a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, a BA in Management from St. Mary’s College, and 30 units of accounting from Golden Gate University.
