- Manage portfolio of construction loans, including non-performing condominium and subdivision transactions
- Conduct real estate market analysis and other due diligence
- Financial statement analysis
- Manage construction budget during construction period
- Attend monthly draw meetings and approve construction draws
- Order and review appraisals
- Review all construction documents including GMP construction contracts
- Review and approve all change orders
- Provide technical assistance on FHLB AHP grant applications and monitoring

- Underwrite and close investments in single and multi-investor funds
- Portfolio management including troubled asset management and projected to actual investment yield
